Whether it's making a glam statement with an over the shoulder stole, making a cozy statement in a curly fur jacket, or simply layering on the warmth, fur is undoubtedly one of the most popular trends this season.

3. Non-stop Velvet

This luxe fabric is lending sumptuous texture to everything from blazers to slips this season in inky black, super-saturated shades, or rich burgundy.

trnd’s reports are published a bit closer to season as they include research on the most recently walked ready-to-wear collections as well as thorough consumer market analysis; in-store and
e-commerce shopping, event attendance, industry insight and innovations, travel, and, above all, constant online observation of blogs & photo sharing sites.

Here are some of our predictions for Spring/Summer 2016: Embroidery.

As the Spring/Summer merchandise hits retail stores, we're seeing our predictions come to life.

At trnd we publish seasonal reports suited for contemporary/young contemporary, fast-fashion, and junior markets. Staying focused on specific markets allows us to ensure our direction is focused and refined so you're delivering product that’s relevant and saleable.

But it doesn't end there! We continue to perform thorough research as merchandise hits the shelves, ensuring what we predicted matches what is actually produced and in stores.
